Comedian-Juggler Michael Rosman returns to the Carroll Arts Center for an 11 a.m. performance on President’s Day, Monday, February 20. A graduate of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus Clown College, Rosman has been a performer for more than 25 years. His show is sponsored by the Davis Library, Inc.
