It was a Mardi Gras-style celebration on Feb. 3 as the Carroll County Youth Service Bureau hosted the 10th annual Chocolate Ball at St. John’s Portico in Westminster. Attendees enjoyed a balloon raffle, live and silent auctions, live music, magic, a photo booth and an abundance of decadent chocolate.
